Join us in downtown Lansing on June 9 for the 9th annual Capitol Mile/5K. Through community, sponsor, participant and employee support since 2004, this event has generated more than $500,000 for local schools and nonprofits. To date, our event has raised proceeds for over 190 schools and nonprofits.

The mile event is the fourth race in the Playmakers Race Series (Race Series points are awarded for participation in the mile event). The mile event is also a great beginner's race. If you are just starting to run or thinking about it and not quite ready for a 5K, then the mile event is a great race for you!
